MacGregor Point Provincial Park, June 2012

We spent the Father's Day weekend at MacGregor Point Provincial Park, in what has become an annual tradition for our first trip of the summer.

Not too much was new at MacGregor this year, except for the bear trap we saw on the road down to the rocky beach.  We've seen plenty of bear traps on our travels, and a few bears, but this was a first for MacGregor.  No sign of any bears this weekend though, just lots of deer and raccoons as usual.

Smallest daughter was out of commission as far as biking goes, with her broken wrist, but we still managed to hit the trails for a couple of long rides.  Hopefully she'll be back on two wheels for the next trip in a couple of weeks.
